Beginner Courses
The basic courses are the entrance to the world of freediving and the starting point for becoming a freediver.
These courses are suitable for everyone and require no prior experience.
In the basic courses, we will learn the fundamentals of freediving.
We’ll explore how to breathe more effectively, relax through breathwork, and, of course, hold our breath. We’ll learn about pressure equalization, different diving styles, and practice depth techniques using rope-pulling and fins. Safety in freediving, potential risks, and required equipment will also be covered.
Schedule and course structure
The course schedule is designed to fit into a busy lifestyle in the center of the country, utilizing the Mediterranean Sea with flexibility to suit your availability.
The theoretical parts are delivered in the evenings via coordination, while the sea or pool sessions take place in the mornings as part of the club’s depth training programs.
We maintain a small instructor-to-student ratio, with up to 3 students per instructor in the water, ensuring a personal and tailored experience for every student at their own pace.
It’s not about numbers or depths – the experience is what matters most
