Participation in club activities (courses, training, and dives) is conditional upon the completion of a Medical Declaration and a signed Waiver and Release of Liability.

The club reserves the right to refuse participation to any diver who does not meet the medical fitness requirements or the standards set by the Israel Sport Diving Law.

We understand that plans can change. However, due to logistical preparations and instructor scheduling, we adhere to the following policy:

Cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity: You may cancel your reservation and receive a full refund (minus any applicable credit card processing fees).

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the activity: Cancellation is not possible, and no refund or credit will be issued.

No Show: Failure to arrive for an activity without prior notice will be treated as a late cancellation and will not be eligible for a refund.

Rescheduling: Requests to change the date of an activity are treated as a cancellation request. Any rescheduling requested less than 24 hours before the original time will not be possible without full payment.

Freediving depends on sea conditions and diver safety.

If sea conditions do not allow for a safe activity (at the sole discretion of the club), the club will offer an alternative date or a full refund, according to the customer's preference.

The club is not responsible for any associated costs incurred by the customer (such as travel or accommodation) in the event of a cancellation due to sea conditions.

Payments on the site are processed through a secure third-party billing system that complies with required security standards.

Prices displayed on the site include VAT as required by law, unless otherwise stated.
